This piece came off the Gelli plate as almost a finished piece but needed a few pieces of collage to unify it. Everyone is drawn to this piece; the colors have universal appeal.

This piece has so much depth and movement. It feels like a good book you want to crawl into bed with.

I should rename this "Sea of Chalkboards"  I was able to repeat the small checks with both rubber stamps and Japanese psapers. There's a smear of white oil stick running through as well.

This started as just a combination of two different patterned papers, but the line between them was jarring. So I added another patterned paper, but this one was transparent and had a curve, and voila, the feel of the whole piece changed. Happy accidents are the best.
